With a focus on curiosity and a non-judgemental stance I work with a variety of individuals.  My particular areas of expertise include Individuals who have experienced painful childhoods, emotional process of parenting neuro-diverse children, Stress and Anxiety, Self Harming and thoughts of Hopelessness.
