Kathy Macchi, LMFT #101014
Psychotherapy for Adolescents, College Age and Adults
"I found myself in a world that was not what I expected and out of my control. I felt isolated, alone and anxious. I learned that when I can show up with compassion for myself and an understanding of my inner experience; I can create, safety, openness and curiosity which leads to connection and aliveness. "
