"I found myself in a world that was not what I expected and out of my control. I felt isolated, alone and anxious. I learned that when I can show up with compassion for myself and an understanding of my inner experience; I can create, safety, openness and curiosity which leads to connection and aliveness. "
WHAT I DO:
I ask questions

Support you to study your experience using mindful awareness
Help you to identify and gain clarity of patterns, beliefs and impulses
