The Process:

Once we connect, either on the phone or email, we will meet in person for an intake session.  This first session will be about 60 minutes.  In this session we will discuss in more detail your goals for therapy (if you aren't sure, we will work together to identify them), see if we are a good fit, and sign paperwork.

After the initial session we will meet regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) for 55 minute sessions.  EMDR sessions are typically longer. 

 

I accept Cigna Insurance and private pay clients. 

 

For private pay clients, I  provide you with a form (super bill) that you can submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for out of network benefits.
